When you make a purchase with your RBC Cash Back Mastercard, you earn cash back on a percentage of the purchase.
You’ll earn 2% back on the first $6,000 in grocery purchases1 and 1% thereafter. For all other qualifying purchases, you will earn 0.5% cash back on the first $6,000 and 1% thereafter1.
There’s no limit to the maximum cash back you can earn with your RBC Cash Back Mastercard. All qualifying purchases (up to your available credit limit) contribute to your cash back earning2.
To redeem your cash back, simply request a credit to your credit card account once your cash back balance hits $25 or more and we’ll issue the credit within 5 business days. Or, wait for it to be automatically credited to your account in January each year as long as your cash back balance exceeds $25. Your credit card account must be in good standing at the time the cash back is credited.
