With no exposure to wind, rain or extreme temperatures, every joint and seam is exact, resulting in stronger, straighter construction. And, without weather-related construction delays, construction can remain on time and on budget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He advises that homeowners can opt for a fully custom design \u2013 often ready in as little as two months \u2013 &nbsp;or choose from existing inventory for a faster possession.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPeople are often surprised when they walk into a manufactured home,\u201d he says. \u201cThey expect something basic or industrial, but what they see is a well-built, modern and stylish space that feels every bit like a traditional home.\u201d Indeed, with a range of finishes that may include stainless steel appliances, marble countertops and smart tech \u2013 there is nothing temporary about these homes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-can-you-get-a-mortgage-on-a-manufactured-home\">Can you get a mortgage on a manufactured home?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Yes, you can get a mortgage on a manufactured home.
