You can use an iPhone‡ 6 and 6 Plus, 6s and 6s Plus, MacBook Pro, and Apple Watch‡ paired with an iPhone 5 or later. Requires iOS 9.0 or later.
To claim an RBC eGift, tap or click on the link you received via gift notification text or email and follow the instructions. RBC eGift will appear in your RBC Wallet app, if you’re an RBC client that has already registered for Wallet.
Please note: If you register with RBC eGift, you’ll be able to view all of your gift transactions within 1 year in your ‘Gift History’. As a guest user, you won't have access to the 'Gift History' but you‘ll still be able to claim your gift(s).
The gift cards feature is available on Near Field Communications (NFC) enabled Android‡ devices across all wireless carriers. If your operating system is older than Android 5.0, you’ll need to update it before being able to use the feature.
