Stay Informed

Updating your contact information is very important and ensures that you don’t miss any of our communications. This includes important mail like your new Chip Client Card which we will begin sending in the coming months. All Client Cards will need to be replaced eventually, and we can only do this for those clients whose mailing addresses are correct.

Please take moment to check and update your contact information, it’s quick and easy. And remember to make additional updates whenever something changes.

Here’s what you need to do:

  1. Select <Edit Profile> from under the <Banking> header on your Online Banking home page, or in the top right corner of most Online Banking pages.
  2. Select <View / Change Address and Personal Information> from under the <My Information and Preferences> header.
  3. Select the type of information you’d like to update, then click <Continue>.
  4. Update or change your information in the fields provided, then click <Confirm>.

This information will be saved to your RBC Royal Bank profile only. To make changes to your profile with other RBC companies (e.g. RBC Direct Investing or RBC Insurance), please contact them directly.

For new addresses outside Canada or for addresses specific to an account please call 1-800-769-2555. If you are calling from overseas please call 506-864-1555.
