1) The Promotional Offer

This New Vehicle Financing Avion Points Offer (the “Offer”), as set out in these New Vehicle Financing Avion Points Offer Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) begins on July 15, 2026 and ends on October 15, 2026 at 11:59PM EST (the “Offer Period”) and is available to new and existing clients of Royal Bank of Canada. To qualify for the Offer and receive 30,000 Avion points (“Reward”), you (i) must be an Eligible Purchaser, (ii) must have purchased and financed an Eligible Vehicle with an RBC Auto Loan during the Offer Period, and (iii) you must meet the Qualifying Criteria and Additional Terms and Conditions set out under section 3 and 4.

2) Eligibility

To be eligible for this Offer, you must (i) be a natural person of age of majority in your province of residence by October 15, 2026, (ii) be a legal Canadian resident, (iii) have purchased a new Eligible Vehicle (as defined below) from a participating dealership or retailers offering vehicle purchase-financing from RBC (“RBC Auto Loan”) during the Offer Period, and (iv) have financed the purchase of your Eligible Vehicle through the dealership with an “RBC Auto Loan”. For greater clarity, the RBC Conditional Sales Contract and/or the Installment Sales Contract (“RBC Auto Loan”) must be signed by all parties by Royal Bank of Canada by the last day of the Offer Period (“Eligible Purchaser”) (v) be the Primary Applicant on the “RBC Auto Loan”. For greater certainty, legal entities that have purchased an Eligible Vehicle during the Offer Period are not eligible for the Offer nor the Reward, even if the legal entities purchases and/or financed the Eligible Vehicle with an RBC Auto Loan with an individual/natural person as a co-purchaser/co-borrower. RBC Employees are eligible to participate in the Offer if they meet all the Offer terms and conditions.

“Eligible Vehicle” means (i) a new vehicle manufactured by Tesla, Vinfast, Lucid, Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, KIA, Fiat, Chrysler, Alfa Romeo, Dodge, Jeep, RAM, or Maserati, which has not been registered previously, or (ii) Demo vehicles that qualify for manufacturer new car-financing rates. Additionally, vehicles described under (i) and (ii) must be Internal Combustion Engine vehicle (ICE), Hybrid or Electric Vehicle (EV). For greater certainty, vehicles from manufacturers other than those listed under (i), used or pre-owned vehicles that have previously been registered and no longer qualify for manufacturer new-car financing rates (excluding demo vehicles that qualify for manufacturer new-car financing rate), Recreational vehicles (RV), marine vehicles, and vehicle loans financed through RBC Business Vehicle Solutions (BVS), do not qualify as an Eligible Vehicle for this Offer.

3) Qualifying Criteria

To qualify for the Reward, you must be an Eligible Purchaser, and by November 19, 2026, you must download and enroll in both the RBC Mobile app and enroll in or join Avion Rewards. For greater certainty, Eligible Purchasers enrolling in Mobile Banking or Avion Rewards after November 19, 2026, will not qualify for the Offer nor the Reward. Eligible Purchasers that have downloaded and enrolled in Mobile Banking and Avion Rewards prior to the Offer Period do not have to re-enroll and will be deemed to have met these qualifying criteria. For greater clarity, Eligible Purchasers who were enrolled in Mobile Banking prior to the Offer Period but not enrolled in Avion Rewards must still enroll in Avion Rewards by November 19, 2026. Eligible Purchasers who were enrolled in Avion Rewards prior to the Offer Period but not in Mobile Banking must still download and enroll in Mobile Banking by November 19, 2026, to meet this qualifying criteria.

4) Additional Terms & Conditions

Offer Fulfillment: The Reward will be awarded and deposited in the Eligible Purchaser’s Avion Rewards Core Product Account (“Avion Account”) that is associated to the Eligible Purchase, up to eight (8) weeks after the qualifying criteria and other conditions have been met, provided the Eligible Purchaser’s (i) RBC Auto Loan was in good standing at all times between the date of contract and the date the Reward is credited to the Eligible Purchaser’s Avion Account, and (ii) Avion Account remains active and in good standing from the date of enrolment through the date the Reward is awarded.

Your purchase-financing loan from RBC Automotive Finance must be maintained in good standing at all times. If at any time your loan fails to be in good standing, as determined by RBC in its sole discretion, RBC reserves the right to disqualify you from participation in this Promotional Offer, and you may be deemed to be ineligible to receive the Reward. If at any time (i) your RBC Auto Loan fails to be in good standing, as determined by RBC in its sole discretion, or if it is repaid, closed, or discharged prior to the end of its term and prior to receiving the Reward, or (ii) if your Avion Rewards membership or Avion Rewards Core Account is terminated, cancelled, or becomes inactive before the Reward is awarded, you will be deemed to have forfeited the Offer and any entitlement to the Reward. RBC will have no obligation to restore or re-award the Reward, or deposit to an alternative account.

If you think you are entitled to the Reward and have not received it by January 7, 2027, you must notify us by calling 1-800-769-2511 no later than February 3, 2027. If you do not notify us by this date, you will be deemed to have forfeited the Offer and will be ineligible to receive the Reward.

Limit: There is a limit of one Reward per Eligible Purchase. For the avoidance of doubt, if an Eligible Purchaser makes multiple Eligible Purchases during the Offer Period, the Eligible Purchaser may receive one Reward for each Eligible Purchase provided all other terms and conditions are met, and, the Reward may only be received by one Eligible Purchaser in respect to a given Eligible Purchase (even if the Eligible Purchase was made by multiple Eligible Purchasers who met all terms and conditions of this Offer). Where there is more than one Eligible Purchaser in respect of an Eligible Purchase, the Reward will only be provided to the Eligible Purchaser who was noted as the Primary Applicant on the Credit Application for purchase-financing through RBC.

The Offer may be combined with other offers or promotions related to the purchase-financing of your vehicle with RBC, but only to the extent permitted under the applicable terms and conditions of such other offers. RBC reserves the right to modify, cancel or withdraw this Offer at any time. This Offer may be revoked at any time if we suspect you or any other party may be manipulating or abusing it, or engaging in any suspicious or fraudulent activity, as determined at our sole discretion.

In order to be eligible to skip a payment, loan payments must be up to date and in good standing. Skipping a payment may result in extending the amortization period of the loan. If you skip a payment and your loan is protected with LoanProtector^® insurance, the premium (for the period of the skipped payment) will be collected from your next regular payment. This means less of the next payment will be used to reduce the principal amount of your loan. If a payment is skipped for a fixed rate loan, interest will continue to accrue and will be collected when the next payment resumes. If a payment is skipped for a variable rate loan, the unpaid accrued interest as well as the interest on the part of the principal that went to the payment of the missed LoanProtector premium will be added to the loan principal balance (“Combined Amount”) thus increasing the principal amount outstanding on your loan. Interest, at the interest rate of the loan, is charged on the Combined Amount until it is paid in full. You may repay the skipped payment at any time.
