Once you’ve logged into your RBC Caribbean Online banking account, navigate to Services and select the Manage Debit Card Feature. Under Manage Debit card select Activate card then ensure your new card number is selected. Follow the prompts to update your pin and verify your linked accounts. The RBC Chip Visa Debit card is governed by the Visa Debit card agreement terms and conditions which the cardholder agrees to by pinning, activation and use of the card.
Navigate to Services, select the Manage Debit Card Feature then select ‘Change PIN’. Ensure your correct card number is selected, enter your new PIN and click submit. Your PIN should be a 4 digit numeric code. For your security and protection, Ensure you choose a PIN that cannot be easily guessed by others. A PIN combination selected from your name, date of birth, telephone numbers or address can be easily guessed and must not be used. You are responsible for taking reasonable precautions to keep your Debit Card and PIN safe.
An RBC representative will never ask you to disclose your PIN.

Navigate to Services, select the Manage Debit Card Feature then select Update Accounts. Ensure your correct card number is selected, then proceed to select the accounts you want to be your ATM, POS and Other Accounts.
ATM accounts are divided into two categories, primary and other accounts. The primary accounts are the first accounts which will to be presented for transactions at the ATM. Other accounts are additional accounts that can be linked and accessed at RBC ATM’s using your Chip Visa Debit card. To view these accounts at an RBC ATM, select Other Accounts.
POS accounts are the accounts which will be debited for all transactions at a merchant in-person or online.
