RBC Business Essentials Savings Account™

The following monthly fees apply:

  • Unlimited transfer-in credits/deposits at no charge
  • $1.00 each for credits/deposits other than a credit used to transfer funds from your other RBC business accounts in the same name
  • Cash deposited $10.00 per $1,000
  • 2 cheques/debits (electronic or paper) at no charge
  • Additional cheques/debits $2.50 each

In addition you get:

  • Online and Telephone Banking
  • Business Client Card

Interest Rates:

Deposit interest for these accounts is calculated on the applicable portion of the daily closing credit balance in each tier at the corresponding rate for the tier. Interest is credited monthly to your account as of the first business day following the end of the month.

The tiered balance segments on which interest is paid for the Business Essentials Savings account are:

  • $250,000 or more
  • $100,000 to $249,999.99
  • $10,000 to $99,999.99
