You can choose to access your account statement as an Adobe* Portable Document Format (PDF) file within RBC Royal Bank^® Online Banking or
RBC Express^® instead of receiving a paper statement in the mail.

Online Banking Clients

1. Sign in to Online Banking.
2. Click the "Edit Profile" link.
3. Select "Change Statement Options."
4. Follow the steps to select the "Electronic Statement" option on your account.

You will be notified in Online Banking when your new monthly statements are available for viewing. If you provided us with an email address, a notification will also be sent to that address.

RBC Express Clients

1. Authorized user - Sign in to RBC Express.
2. Go to Reference Library.
3. Open form "RBC Express Statements Enrolment".
4. Complete Form.
5. Print Form and have it signed by the signing authority for the account(s).
6. Fax to number on form.
