    • All commercial card statements are accessible electronically through RBC NextLogic.
    • Credit Cards will continue to be shipped via Canada Post and may experience delays (Reminder: existing cards where a replacement has been requested remain active until the last day of the month)
    • For existing cards that are not working or have been compromised, please contact the Commercial Card Service Team.

RBC NextLogic lets you manage your company’s commercial card program by:

  • Issuing and cancelling cards
  • Assigning credit limits for your employee cards
  • Changing card limits and setting temporary limits at your discretion
  • Setting card controls to align to your spend policies including blocking merchant types, setting spend limits, managing cash advances and more.

And gain clarity over your company’s expenses through:

  • Increased visibility over spending patterns
  • Dynamic and customizable reporting with statements available at the individual and corporate levels
  • Viewing additional transaction details via enhanced data
  • Integrating data to third-party expense management systems

RBC has partnered with Visa Corporation to deliver RBC NextLogic, which combines best in class online services including VISA Spend Clarity for Enterprise, VISA Payable Automation, VISA Intellilnk Data Solutions, VISA Accounting Software Integration and more.

Two-factor authentication is one way RBC is focusing on the increased security of your accounts and data. Employees will go through a two-step process each time they log in, including using a one-time code for an extra layer of protection against fraudulent logins.

Normally, cardholders will receive their card within 10 business days through the mail. Please allow additional time for postal mail delays or special requests. If cardholders do not receive their cards after 10 days, please contact 1-888-769-2534 (1-888-ROYAL-34).

You can access up to 25 months of eStatements (current statement plus 2 years of transactional data) within RBC NextLogic. If you need additional historical information beyond 25 months, please contact RBC Commercial Cards Client Support at rbccommercialcards@rbc.com or 1-877-334-9938.

To set up auto pay, please contact your RBC Commercial Cards Client Support at rbccommercialcards@rbc.com or 1-877-334-9938 for assistance.

Our card control feature allows you to access the following options.

  • Set Transaction limit
  • Block ATM cash withdrawal
  • Block cash access transactions
  • Block purchases exceeding a specified transaction limit
  • Block E-commerce purchases
  • Set Location limit
  • Block cross–border transactions
  • Block purchases conducted outside of the selected state (within the U.S.)
  • Block purchasing for a specified country
  • Allow purchasing for a specified country
  • Spend velocity
  • Spend velocity restrictions

Yes, the system will allow program administrators to customize the card controls for each cardholder.

Only the program administrator can add and remove card controls.

Yes, Card controls are active immediately upon creation.
