RBC Offers

RBC Offers is an exclusive program for RBC personal and business clients who have an eligible debit or credit card to get rewarded with cash back. Plus it’s at no cost!

You’ll need an RBC chequing account or RBC credit card, other than an RBC Commercial Visa or RBC US Dollar Visa card, to receive exclusive offers.

There are many ways to access your offers

  • Sign in to RBC Online Banking and from the top of your Accounts Summary page, select the Offers for You link to browse your offers.
  • You can view your offers from your RBC Mobile app and scroll to the bottom of your Account Summary page (not available for Business Clients).
  • You can also get your offers in the RBC Rewards app.

Offers differ between personal and business accounts. If you would like to view your business offers, please log in with your business account credentials.
Sign in to load your offers.

To sign up for RBC Offers, you need to change some of your account preferences.
Just give us a call at 1-800-769-25111-800-769-2511 or visit a branch and ask to have your Client Preferences updated to receive marketing communications on products and services. Your RBC Offers account will be set up within 4-6 weeks.

It’s easy! Simply sign-in to RBC Online Banking, the RBC Mobile app or the RBC Rewards app to load your offers to your RBC debit or credit card before you shop. Then pay with your RBC card and wait for your cash savings or bonus RBC Rewards points , if applicable, to be credited to your account.

If you’ve loaded an offer to your debit or credit card, once you make your qualifying purchase, your cash savings offer will automatically appear as a credit on your credit card account statement or deposit on your bank account statement in as fast as 2 business days. Your bonus points offer will be deposited to your RBC Rewards account in as fast as 2 business days.

Please refer to the offer details applicable to each offer for the exact amount of time it will take to receive your cash statement credit or bonus points.

You can track how much you’ve saved or the bonus points you’ve earned in your RBC Offers online portal or within your RBC Mobile app:

Online Portal

  • Sign in to RBC Online Banking and select the Offers for You at the top of your Accounts Summary page
  • Select Offers Activity at the top of your RBC Offers portal

Mobile App

  • Sign into your RBC Mobile app and select the More tab in the bottom right of your home page
  • Select Explore Offers tile under Products to find available offers

You can sign-up in 3 steps:

Online Portal

  • Sign in to RBC Online Banking and> select the Offers for You at the top of your Accounts Summary page
  • Select Alert Settings at the top of your RBC Offers portal
  • Select your preferences for email, text or RBC Online Banking message center alerts.

Mobile App

  • Sign into your RBC Mobile app and select the More tab in the bottom right of your home page
  • Select More at the bottom right of your RBC Offers portal
  • Select Settings at the top right of your RBC Offers portal
  • Scroll and select Manage Alerts at the middle of your RBC Offers portal
  • Select your preferences for email, text or RBC Online Banking message center alerts.

How to Load My Offer

No. You do not need to open a new RBC account if you already have an eligible debit card or credit card. You can load this offer to your eligible RBC cards.

Yes. You can use your RBC debit or credit card to earn cash back in the form of statement credits at participating Lowe’s, RONA and Réno-Dépôt locations and websites.

No. You do not have to choose one card. You will be able to earn cash back in the form of statement credits through your RBC debit and credit card.

Yes. Any RBC cardholder who has loaded the offer will have full access to the cash offering. The authorized user is not required to load the offer, so long as the offer has already been loaded by either the primary or co-applicant.

You will receive 3 separate offers for Lowe’s, RONA, Réno-Dépôt locations and websites. You are required to load the offer for each banner separately before you shop to qualify for the offer at that banner.

Yes. Your spend at each banner is specific to each banner and does not carry over to the other banners.

For example, you are able to spend $250 at each of Lowe’s, RONA and Réno Dépôt and earn up to 10% back at each location.

No. You will have to load the offer for each banner if you would like to earn a statement credit at each of the banner’s locations.

When you opt into the offers, you consent to Royal Bank of Canada and Lowe's sharing your personal information and communicating with you for the purpose of administering the rewards and benefits. Personal information may include information about the first 6 digits of your RBC credit card number, the last 4 digits of your RBC credit card number, the RBC credit card expiry date, card status, and postal code. Using/Changing my RBC Cards

Yes, as a personal client, your eligible RBC Personal Banking Debit and Credit Card, and Personal Business Card in your mobile wallet that are supported by RBC can be used for the offer.

If you’ve installed or added RBC Personal Banking Debit and Credit Card, and Personal Business Card to your mobile device and you have loaded the offers, you will be able to earn cash back from the offer.

As a personal client, no. Once you’ve loaded the offer to your account, all new or replacement cards that you receive after will automatically be updated.

As a business client, yes. You will need to re-opt into the offer so it can be loaded to your new card account.

Please note it can take up to two business days once a new card is activated.

Instant Savings

You are able to earn your cash savings offer in-store and online, at participating Lowe’s, RONA and Réno-Dépôt in-store locations and websites.

Please allow up to ninety (90) days from the date the transaction is posted on your credit card statement for the cash back to be applied to your credit statement. Please contact RBC at 1-800-Royal-12 if your bonus points have not been deposited to your RBC Rewards account.

That depends on the card you choose. Some of our cards offer more benefits with an annual fee, while others have no annual fee at all. Browse our no annual fee cards or use our card selector to help narrow down the benefits that are most important to you.

If you collect RBC Rewards points, you can easily redeem them for travel, merchandise, gift cards and more at rbcrewards.com. If you earn WestJet dollars, Avios or Asia Miles, you can redeem directly with the airline loyalty program connected to your card.

First, you’ll have to decide which card you want to apply for. You can use our credit card selector or narrow it down based on the category you prefer. Once you’ve decided which card is the right fit for you, you can apply online by clicking the Apply now button on the card of your choice. If you’re an existing RBC client, you can also apply through:
RBC Online Banking

  • In your Account summary, select Apply for a Credit Card. Choose the card you want and click Apply Now to complete an online application
  • If you’re a business client, select Apply for a Business Credit Card on the top right of the Account Balances page to start your application

RBC Mobile App

  • Select More in the bottom navigation
  • Then under Products select Open an account and choose Credit Cards
  • Select the card you want and tap Apply Now

If you’ve misplaced your credit card, use RBC Online Banking or the RBC Mobile app to temporarily lock your credit card.
If your card has been stolen or is permanently lost, we can block your credit card from future use and issue you a new credit card. Just call our 24-hour toll-free number: 1-800-769-25121-800-769-2512.

You are able to earn up to $100 in statement credits across your eligible purchases at participating Lowe’s, RONA and Réno-Dépôt locations and websites from August 18, 2022 to July 31, 2023. Plus, earn 1% on all your remaining eligible purchases up to August 11, 2024 by opting into the 1% offer before August 10, 2023 .

No. This is not a new credit card or loyalty program from RBC and Lowe’s, RONA and Réno-Dépôt.

Yes. This is a new collaboration between RBC and Lowe’s, RONA and Réno Dépôt. You can load the Lowe’s, RONA and Réno-Dépôt offer to your existing eligible RBC cards to instantly start earning on cash savings. This is in addition to any other payment card features you already enjoy.

No. There is no limit to the amount of transactions for which you can earn 1% cash back.

Yes. The cash back offer with Lowe’s, RONA and Réno-Dépôt is available for eligible RBC credit cards. “Eligible RBC Credit Card” is any RBC personal credit card, excluding RBC® Avion® Visa Infinite Business, RBC® Visa Credit Line for Small BusinessTM, RBC® Visa Business, RBC® Business Cash Back Mastercard and RBC® Avion® Visa Business.
