Correcting an Error with RBC Express ACH Payment Manager
You can use RBC Express ACH Payment Manager to correct any “T” level error payments from your Payment files sent to RBC Royal Bank for processing. If you do not have RBC Express ACH Payment Manager, contact your RBC Royal Bank Service Manager.
To correct an error:
- Select the Inquire/Modify Payment Screen menu on RBC Express ACH Payment Manager to correct your pending “T” level errors payments
- Select “Pending at Bank” then enter the search criteria for your payment and select "Search"
- Update the invalid information on the payment record
- Click “Continue”
- Verify the payment details and click “Confirm”
