Merchants across numerous industries can integrate the PayPlan by RBC pay over time payment option into their points of sale. PayPlan by RBC applicants must be Canadian residents who hold a Canadian bank account and must be over the age of majority in the province that they reside. There is no upfront or monthly cost to offering PayPlan by RBC. The merchant is paid upfront and in full, minus a per transaction merchant discount fee based on the financing program selected.
