The simplest way to book an appointment with us is through RBC Online Banking1 or the RBC Mobile1 app. You’ll be able to choose an advisor, a time and how you’d prefer to meet - including in person, by phone or by video conference. Our branches are open to serve you with recommended safety measures in place, such as physical distancing and capacity guidelines.

Tap the Help icon in the top right of your screen
Select Contact Us and then tap the blue Contact Us button
Select Book an Appointment from the menu
