As an RBC client, you have access to a virtual assistant in the RBC Mobile app and RBC Online Banking to help you find answers quickly, without waiting on the phone or in the branch.
To Access Your Virtual Assistant in the Mobile App:
- Sign in and tap the question mark icon in the top right corner of the screen.
- Under Contact us, tap Chat now.
- To get started, you can either choose a topic from the menu options, or type a short, direct question to get the help you need
