The merchant is not an existing Moneris merchant and enters into a merchant agreement for credit and debit card processing (“Merchant Agreement”) with Moneris Solutions Corporation (“Moneris”) during the Offer Period. Moneris is under no obligation to approve a merchant for any services and reserves the right to determine a qualified merchant in accordance with its credit adjudication and other policies and procedures. Following satisfactory internal Moneris approval, merchants will be required to agree to, and agree to be bound by, the terms and conditions under the Merchant Agreement.

Moneris will apply a one-time rebate of up to CAD $1000 to the merchant’s bank account based on (i) the merchant’s Visa and Mastercard credit card and Interac debit transaction volume (purchase transactions only) after the first 90 days of entering into a Merchant Agreement and (ii) eligible Point of Sale (“POS”) products and Value Added Services (“VAS”) purchased after processing at least $15,000 purchase transactions.

Receive 4 months free payroll when you are referred by RBC by September 30, 2026 and have entered into ADP’s standard form services agreement by October 31, 2026 and process payroll with ADP for 3 consecutive months. Cannot be combined with any other promotions and is only available to new ADP clients in Canada and ADP Clients who have previously only obtained Complimentary Access to ADP HR Assist, in each case that are referred by RBC and have 1-49 employees. Applies only for Small Business Payroll solutions - ADP Workforce Now On the GoSM (including ADP HR AssistSM bundles), and Comprehensive Outsourcing Services. Free payroll processing applies to the recurring payroll processing fees paid by you to ADP. “Recurring payroll processing fees” exclude, without limitation:

(i) any underlying payroll funding obligations (wages, taxes, third party remittances);
(ii) any fees for official bank cheques, tax or special one-time reports, third-party remittances or cheque stuffing;
(iii) Year-end services;
(iv) refundable deposits or third party pass-through charges (including delivery charges); (v) direct expenses/charges (e.g. NSF fees);
(vi) penalties and interest;
(vii) fees for shipping, delivery and installation of equipment or software, custom programming, the sale or leasing of equipment or software, or maintenance; and
(viii) income derived from the float. ADP reserves the right to discontinue or modify this promotion at any time.
