Connecting with RBC is Quick and Easy.

The simplest way to book an appointment with us is through RBC Online Banking1 or the RBC Mobile1 app. You’ll be able to choose an advisor, a time and how you’d prefer to meet - including in person, by phone or by video conference. Our branches are open to serve you with recommended safety measures in place, such as physical distancing and capacity guidelines.

Get Started in RBC Online Banking

  • Sign in to Online Banking
  • From the Account Summary page, select Customer Service in the top navigation
  • Scroll down and select Book an Appointment under We’re Here to Help
  • Follow the on-screen instructions

How to book an appointment in the RBC Mobile app

  • Tap the Help icon in the top right of your screen

  • Select Meet with Us and then tap the blue Book a Meeting button

  • Follow the on screen instructions
